The teaching staff at Hope Reformed Christian School are hired after careful consideration of their doctrinal perspective, academic and professional training, character, and other qualifications. The Principal, Board, and Education Committee supports and works with the faculty by conducting performance evaluations and classroom visits periodically to ensure that the goals of Christian education, course or subject expectations, and requirements of the Ministry of Education are met. The Ministry of Education inspects the high school regularly to ensure that Ontario standards are maintained to enable the school to offer the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
