Elementary students from K-8 participate in the Hope RCS choir for yearly Christmas or Easter evening programs. Each month, the school hosts an assembly where ministers and other speakers join the student body in learning more about the yearly school theme text. The student body also sponsors two children in Haiti and Ecuador through Word & Deed each school year. Each homeroom takes educational field trips with their students 2-3 times a year. Grade 7/8 students will go to Ottawa as their year-end trip on a two-year rotation.

The elementary students are able to interact with the secondary students in many positive ways. The high school students run Student Leadership teams for intramurals, school activities, yearbook, hot lunches, tuck shop, and fundraising. Elementary students can also participate in Chess Club, local Legion contests, cross-country meets, speech competitions, and a district track and field day with other regional schools. Grade 7/8 students regularly participate in sports tournaments and athletics with other Christian elementary schools in Ontario.
